My overall experience has been very positive - one of the best of my career (if not the best). I have a lot of respect for my colleagues, they are smart and yet very friendly. We work hard, but feel like we are getting things done and having an impact.

The company really lives Rover's values - transparency, data-driven, open debate, thoughtful, supportive, balanced, hard-working, and of course, dog-loving
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have each other's backs, are supportive and helpful to each other. There is no politics or weird dysfunction. They are fun and easy-going, yet smart and hard-working.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Relatively short - only half a day onsite after doing one phone screen and one other onsite interview. Folks were easy to talk to, friendly and you could tell they liked working here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having an impact and getting things done - quickly. The variety of things we are juggling as a fast-growing start-up keeps things interesting. Solving problems and seeing solutions implemented provides a sense of accomplishment almost every day.
