I love the company and the job, the fees are just a bit high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's in my home, on my time, with clients of my choosing. What could be better?!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the flexibility of everything. Not a massive fan of the fees but I love what I get to do with Rover, it doesn't even feel like a job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really easy to signup with Rover! I didn't feel like there were too many hoops to jump through, but I did like that they do a background check for all Rover sitters.
