I don't have any problems with how my coworkers work together.

Listening to front line employee concerns, not one another, and actually doing something about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No company matching for charity contributions is embarrassing. 401(K) matching has significantly decreased since beginning at SAIC.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a lot of make-work and inefficiency.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Less in fighting between different customers involved.
