What do you like best about the leadership team?

Team is good and easy to followup. Holding up of any other team might be difficult.

My role don't have stock compensation but they allow to buy at 15% discount.

I don't have any problems with how my coworkers work together.

Listening to front line employee concerns, not one another, and actually doing something about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No company matching for charity contributions is embarrassing. 401(K) matching has significantly decreased since beginning at SAIC.
