the weekends and vacation though even then you get pestered by line managers

Immediate team - there is very little culture - private equity does not see value in this

1) understand market needs and respond to them 2) understand need for positive work culture 3) be customer centric in everything 4) value those that question status quo positively 5) invest in innovation - we are in tech! 6) process should be automated and enable people to perform
