What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Immediate team - there is very little culture - private equity does not see value in this

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Providing resources so that team members are not consistently working more than 8 hours a day - many team members begin working early in the morning and well into their evening to be able to get the job done.

Leadership needs to focus on employees. People are leaving this company at a high rate to better opportunities. Leadership need to be professional, respectful and have integrity which they are not

More focus on supporting employees from out of country
