I feel that the company offers very good to great benefits. Top highlights are: 1. time off policy is very generous compared to most companies 2. health insurance+vision+dental benefits (especially after 2 years) 3. 401k with 80% total match up to 5% and immediate vesting is great+competitive

They are awesome! Across the board, people who work at the company are highly intelligent, driven, and motivated to succeed! Its very exciting and motivating to go to work at an organization with so many smart people who have great ideas that contribute to the overall success of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having autonomy over day-to-day work and prioritizing what I do to ensure I get the most important work done first. Delivering value to the company and our members. Continuously delivering work and iterating in a scrummy/agile way. Promoting scrum and being able to do what works to get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many highlights: 1. Smart, motivated people make working here a blast 2. With a small-ish work domain, the work is always fresh and interesting 3. Even though we are remote, the culture is tight and people value connection 4. Living the scrum values: focus, openness, commitment, courage, respect
