My experience has been very positive. I am starting to see some cracks however. The issues that I have seen are mostly because our infrastructure is not growing at the same pace as our business. We have a lot of systems that are not scaling and are creating bottlenecks.

None of it really stands out. It is fair, but not excellent.

When we focus on developing our people and we see the positive effects it brings to our business.

Everyone works hard toward the same goals. We put in a lot of work, while also trying to enjoy ourselves when we do it.
