I am very happy working for Service Express. I have been able to travel and meet many great people here. I'm allowed to do my job and have been given the respect and trust to make decisions that I feel are best to take care of my customers. I hope to be given the opportunity to retire from here.

It provides and supports my needs to cover my family and me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Treat me fairly and as an adult. They don't micromanage and trust that I will do the job I was hired to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is growing fast, but I feel it still tries to keep its employees from becoming just another number in the books and does its best to keep us happy and comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. I'm also able to take part in most of my family events because of my team and the flexibility we are given.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are a TEAM! I've never had an issue where a team member hasn't been there if I needed help. Someone always steps up if help is needed or communicates if something needs to be addressed.
