I don't believe there is a best part. The individual parts together make up a good compensation package. These are updated every year through input of surveys and employee engagement.

They set the vision and company goals. They let us know what they are and how they would like us to contribute to them. In doing so it will help everyone in the company achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through employee engagement.
