it has been short but exciting in my first few months here. I feel challenged but appreciated at all times and I am excited to come to work each day. I also know SE supports me in and outside of work

my coworkers and manager wanting me to succeed

everyone gets along and we all want what is best for one another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the encouragement and caring about me but still pushing me to do my best
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i don't dread coming to work, I can get excited to see my coworkers even though the job isn't as glamorous all the time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know it was my choice to live in a big city but base being higher for living in a city where rent is almost half of my monthly paycheck can be stressful
