It is not cookie cutter, rather individualized. Flexible, and understanding. But also always providing feedback and pushing me to be the best version I could be

All hard working, but nice to talk to, there isnt any below surface animosity between anyone and everyone truly seems to get along, I have never worked anywhere prior with zero workplace drama existent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone seems to care about eachothers wellbeings, we understand the $ makes the company go around, but we have that mindset of growth and hardwork with also the implementation of getting along with each other, enjoying each other
