What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a member of the sales organization, the best part about the compensation is the ability to participate in variable compensation based on sales performance. The goals are high but we achieve them and we are paid well for it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was real. There was no smoke and mirrors. Everyone set high standards and high expectations from the beginning and it was up to me to rise to the occasion and demonstrate that I was the best candidate for the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible and they operate with transparency towards a common mission. Execution on the mission is not flawless but they do pursue the best possible outcomes for our customers and they push us to be better and achieve the best versions of ourselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work we do actually matters and the people who use our software are better for it. It's a high-performance culture because that's what our customers need us to be in service of them. The culture of our company is to do the right thing for the best outcomes and put others above ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no quit on the Enterprise Sales team at ServiceTitan. Every member of the organization from SDR to our CRO works tirelessly towards our shared goals and we have each other's backs. We do not blame others for sub-optimal outcomes and we celebrate the wins as a team. We get better every day.
