Very much so a meritocracy. You work hard, you are rewarded. And not a lot of empty promise style stuff. VERY much so a direct interaction of your good job reflecting positively on you. I do think it can also be manager specific. I like my manager a lot. Has had my back many times.

I was allowed to flex my strong suits without being limited to a single factor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun. It feels like they can complain about things and have a genuine response.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really know them but they seem to care a whole lot about doing their jobs right.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the insurance is great and the ancillary benefits are awesome. I just wish I had an easier way to navigate them sometimes.
What makes you most happy at work?
being done? I mean when I am done for the day, it is rare that things are so stressful that I carry it with me. Work is work. I might enjoy what I do, but it is still a job. On top of that, I would say the chance to engage with my colleagues and incentives. Both are very rewarding in different ways.
