Everyone is nice to work with, but most of all leadership is constantly surprising me in positive ways. The Sr. leadership here makes me proud to be a Titan because they work hard for the employees and it shows. I feel it and see it; day in and day out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If I ever drop the ball. I don't need to ask anyone to jump in. At any given time I have a handful of people excited to jump in to back me up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that i'm not kept in the dark. I know what is happening directly from my leadership so there are no guessing. That allows me to make educated decisions on my day to day operations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't even know where to begin. When my house almost burned down during the California wildfires, I was offered a place to stay. When my daughter got sick, ServiceTItan offered an amazing medical package. During COVID I was provided everything I need, so everything.
