The autonomy I have to get my work done. The support from my Manager. The trust from leadership.

This is a no-ego executive team focused on building an operating system to power an industry that technology left behind. There is so much transparency it'll make your head spin.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The recruiting team does a great job finding hard-working talent. There are a lot of talented software engineers but without the typical FAANG entitlement syndrome. Real people doing real work that they really care about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive base salary, GREAT benefits (the best I have ever had anywhere), and stock options that are now so far in the money I fear exercising them due to AMT. My bonus is smaller than at my last job but surprised we get one given we are not a public/profitable company yet.
