My interactions with my team. They're just the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is very open about bonus structures and calculations, as well as equity incentives. There's not a lot of mystery here. It's pretty open, and highly rewarding.

Everyone, honestly, on our team puts the team first. There's very little of "here's what I did" — it's about what we've done together. Considering the all-remote status of our team for the past two years, that's extraordinar
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and communication shown by the leadership team is extraordinary. From opening sharing financials on a regular basis at all-hands meetings to C-Level leaders being incredibly open and even vulnerable in front of the entire organization, it's a leadership team worth celebrating.
