My team is always ready to help one another, if you feel overloaded you can be sure your team members are always ready to step up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits offered by ServiceTitan are fantastic, especially for parents or people planning to become parents. I was able to start a family because of ServiceTitan's benifits!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The openness and honesty were great when interviewing. I also feel like their willingness to circle back to candidates who previously didn't make the cut is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at ServiceTitan and very transparent and tells you the goals and really gets under the hood with everyone to explain where we are and how we plan to get where we are going. I always feel like the leadership team is available when needed.
