There are many ways for us to interact with our coworkers. I didn't feel this at other companies during the pandemic.

I really like the transparency, whether it is how they came to their big decisions or the logic they use to prioritize our work, we are either included in the decision process or it is explained to us.

The company has done their best to ensure that my compensation is very competitive against other places I've worked. This allows me to focus on my work instead of trying to find the best deal for my family.
