My manager is the best manager I have ever had. He gives clear insightful direction. He is inclusive in decsion making, he often gets my feedback, and encourages me to contribute and execute on my ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are treated with respect and dignity. We are treated like human beings, which is not always common in corporate life. In addition, we are encouraged to actively engage in developing and affecting the culture. Culture is not just what you say it is, culture how you make decisions, it's what you do
