My manager favors her male employes so obviously and doesn't enforce any discipline what so ever. Not only that my manager pretty much only hires teenagers who wont do there job and the managers dont do anything about it at all. Currently one staff member is clocked in sitting in his car.

They have no work ethic what so ever and are blatantly rude

The manegment is just trying to be friends and have fun instead of actually managing

The team needs discipline and to actually work instead of only doing anything if they are told to numerous times
