We get along.we understand each other.we help each other out.

My coworkers was always on time, understanding, had a very good team work

Everyone is like a family

Review from Customer Success Dept

I love about half the team. The ones who work hard and get things done have my respect, but the ones who do nothing and burn time until their shift is over is so frusturating.

I feel like we are bonding and we all have a good relationship

caring loving and energetic outspoken

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

They work hard play hard

That some of us can connect and once we connect we make each other?

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Get rid of their entitlement, too many bratty young kids at their first job wanting everything handed to them. Learn to respect their peers.

I got threaten to get jump if i didnt pick up the pace .

By being better. You have to want better to do better.

Coworkers, lack work ethics. They don't care about the way they make food they don't care about our guess. They care about just working with each other or with their best friends and creating a terrible environment

They have no work ethic what so ever and are blatantly rude

Actually showing up to work

Be nice. Work with a better mood.

Actually learn the positions involved and execute them to the best of their abilities. Most of the staff at Westlake Shake Shack 1246 weren't trained by trainers or cross trainers, they were trained by teenagers trying to become trainers that don't even know the station they're assigned to train on.

Just stay as a team

They need to be nicer together
