The interview process is very inconsistent acrosd the board. My experience was not typical as the manager seeked me out. So beware of favoritism.

It was quick and they asked personal questions
I liked how nice they were and how great the company sounded at the start. They could keep that up and the company would be great.
Interview was fine, not very informative and i had to go back and text several times to ever get on the schedule

Theyll hire anyone, you can get hired in pajamas
To actually hire people that is willing to work hard not just people trying to make a buck
