Making the food/prep. Seeing orders being done how they should start to finish and no short cuts.

My general manager Nick is very disrepectful and talks about me to other team members and it's rude. When I put my two weeks in, he automatically went to another team member and said "he said he's going to cut your hours and possible fire you."

Orders need to be out faster since it is a fast food place

We are slow, youll wait 40 min for a hotdog . No one cares about anything it seems like

The food tastes good, but its presentation is dirty. Customers say the price does not reflect the look of the food.

Hire better management and give team members more respect

The manegment is just trying to be friends and have fun instead of actually managing

Everything is going wrong honestly

Just be considerate and nice. In the handbook they talk about taking care of the staff first, you should really listen to that and take it to heart.
