The operation teams and other teams are just selfish of filling their own pockets, they treat people at ground level who are running the shack like shit.
Not a lot to be honest

Always so picky over the slighest things. Making and serving oily food for less than local Mcdonalds pay. Many co-workers are quitting/has already quit because of the lack of rewards we get due to our location being located off of 2 highways that intersect with one another = HIGH VOLUME OF GUESTS
The team is misguided and can manage to do there work but has terrible leadership and management who dont use them to their full potential.
Everything , everything is out of order. Nothing works . I try giving real advice . GM or shift leads doesnt care. They only in it for the quartly bonus

There is a lack of motivation and work ethic. The restaurant is hardly ever cleaned and the staff is unmotivated. The managers do not even cover their hair when they are working. The hamburgers are not packed in the j-trays cleanly. Most employees, managers included, are not washing their hands.
Listening to their own employees and not managers who are trying to cover their own mistakes and neglience

Not discussing dislikes of employees with employees. Speak to employees with respect and professionally and they need to just learn to care also help people excel at their job which they definitely don't do.

Manager properly, manager at virginia beach shake shack have a problem managing shifts the have little to no social skill; 9 times out of 10 they are in the office not managing there shifts , then start arguing with team members and writing then up without telling them.
