Listening to their own employees and not managers who are trying to cover their own mistakes and neglience

Simply put, my manager is incredibly narcisistic and money hungry. He does not care about the welfare of the members on his team. He is extremely quick to fire team members due to minor offenses with out the proper due process such as write ups etc but he doesnt ensure proper training to begin with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While working as a check I did not receive the type of appreciation that I would normally get out other jobs

My team kind of have the best teamwork I really love and appreciate that and I'm happy to be on the same team as them

The music when you walk in it's kind of like the vibe once you walk him to 6F you automatically got this sense of feeling that you're home in like these people will do anything possible to make sure that your appetite is satisfied

I like how they come down to earth it's like you're not just get an interview your meeting a friend for the first time

The interview process is very inconsistent acrosd the board. My experience was not typical as the manager seeked me out. So beware of favoritism.

I guess meeting new people is the best thing about working there I get to see new faces meet new people new experiences is there it is really fun and I enjoy it so much
