Management is abhorent at my location which trickles down a creates an onslsught of issues. Constant hiring and firing, unfair wages and other money issues amongst the team while the manager is swimming in it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is almost nothing positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The best part of my work day is clocking out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is very inconsistent acrosd the board. My experience was not typical as the manager seeked me out. So beware of favoritism.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Simply put, my manager is incredibly narcisistic and money hungry. He does not care about the welfare of the members on his team. He is extremely quick to fire team members due to minor offenses with out the proper due process such as write ups etc but he doesnt ensure proper training to begin with
