Positive feedback from the client (more specifically, end-users) after implementing a new solution.

The willingness to help out even when everyone is crunched for time on their own projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very grateful for all the opportunity we have to better ourselves through certification vouchers and the partner portal. The salary is great, too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am pretty low on the totem pole but it seems we have great communication, transparency and buy-in from the leadership team as a whole in regards to our company's values, goals and current standing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support from co-workers and all levels of management. I think that support is on display daily in the "All Simplus Shout Out" channel in Slack. It is hands down my favorite channel to catch up on.
