Simplus is a great company to work on. But like most companies it has been afflicted by the Pandemic, which has slow down the progress and the promotion paths within the company. Job security seems to be there as of now, and I am hoping to great things once we climb out of the global scenario.

All of them are passionate about making the best solution possible given, sometimes, extreme situations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are trying their best in trying times, but I do feel a sense of favoritism to older member of the team, which is understandable but discouraging to the people that are just starting.
