For the most part, it has been positive. There have been instances where it has been up in the air - with our department and how we fit into the overall picture. The only complaint I would have is that I still feel like an outsider when interacting with the broader company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture supports individuality and appreciates hard work. We are given opportunities to learn more, do more and work with great clients. It can definitely be crazy at times, but there is something rewarding about launching a new project and seeing the success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love our team because we will step up to help each other out, and there is no competition in our group. We all respect each other, lift each other up, and do what we can to help each other out. Our group is the true definition of teamwork.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they are sincere in their actions. I believe they want what is best for all of their employees and are really trying to do the right thing for everyone. Business has had a shift, especially with Covid, and I'm waiting to see how things are when everything settles down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very thankful for the FSA offering as my husband has a lot of medical bills and it helps us get through the year by taking so much out per paycheck. I also appreciate the ability to work remotely in this current environment as I have high risk family members.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being busy as it makes the days go faster. There are weeks when I will put in more than 45+ hours and that is by my own choice. I like to make sure things are done correctly and to the best of my ability. Recognition is nice and seems to take place. Many companies do not show it enough.
