The culture we are told the company wants actually exists.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair compensation right along with industry standards. I do feel our health insurance provider is terrible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Culture, coworkers, and the mix of projects where I'm not always on autopilot doing the same thing over and over
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In advisory we receive regular communication and updates. My manager consistently reaches out to see how I'm doing and how he can support me.
