Smart&Final seems to have forgotten the unique niche they carved for themselves so many years ago. Its sad to watch the leadership team consistently duplicate rather than innovate.

Cant complain about the extras that accompany my salary

Its not hard to get a job at Smart and Final.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Solid in store team. However hiring standards have dropped due to lack of compensation competitiveness
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Theres a team atmosphere that unfortunately remains disconnected at the executive level. Very much an 'us vs them' mentality
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be open to ideas on store visits. Sadly few of these positive changes ever see the light of day.
