My experience overall was horrible! I had worked for smart and final since 2014 and its a shame to see how they get rid of you when you have given everything for that company. There is no growth for women in that company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
He needs to get better in every aspect a Manger should have. And those things are leadership,honesty, equality, etc.
