Smart & Final – all the shopping carts i tried 7 in total all the wheels were wore out. Staff 2 check out 5 people in one line I waited 10 minutes eventually left all my stuff in basket and walked out. tomorrow will go to costco or somewhere else that will care about their customer. Need to improve this location
