For the most part, my experience with the company has been awesome. I would always look forward to going to work. Then I became a "Black Shirt (PIC/ Freezer Lead)," and then my hours were cut. It's hard to be excited about being promoted when I'm making less than before my raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, my team is very hard working!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are like a family! Everyone is there for each other! Very professional, respectful, and friendly, not just to customers, but to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a PIC/ Freezer Lead, I believe I deserve more hours, especially being the only person in my department. Our produce lead is full time, and has 3 other people in that department. I've worked produce, and it's not as hard as freezer. It's almost like I didn't get a raise cause my hours got cut.
