What did you like most about the interview process?

The fact that i felt apart of the team before being hired

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I cant explain in 300 words but as a sum up as a employlee there is no respect but where expected to give it, lack of comunication, horrible schedualing and being treated extreamly unfair

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team over all is very welcoming and a joy to be around. For the most part but there are a few who i dont feel should be there if there not working just being lazy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and respect when it come to employees off and sick time, its not our fault that the company is under staff its the hiring manager and exspecially when it comes to thw major depts i feel there should be enough coverage

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The employees that hardly do anywork and take credit for being lazy are being paid in positions they dont deserve exspecially when someone like me is doing there work and they take credit or ask you to stay later to help them do there job as a manager that shouldnt be alllowed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive is that fact of being in a dept and you can come in and tend to yor job without hardly getting bother but there are days where its just annoying the amount they call employees out of there dept to help other dept lacking when we all have work to be done as well
