My overall experience has been awful as this company continues to lie about many of their so-called "Philosophies". They tell employees what they think they want to hear with the intention of never following through on its promises. I would not recommend working here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty, fair pay and communication.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. As of now and in the past, there hasn't been any. If there is bad news, they throw their managers under the bus and make them tell you rather then communicating it directly from the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am not paid fairly as they just hired a new employee with NO experience and are paying that person 40% more than the rest of our team. Of course this person is a white middle-aged male. Equal work for equal pay...not here.
