If you like corporate robots who only want their numbers to look good and don't care at all about listening to the employees who they are supposed to be supporting. They micromanage because they don't understand everything you actually do during the day so they want to know what you are doing every
Communication. As of now and in the past, there hasn't been any. If there is bad news, they throw their managers under the bus and make them tell you rather then communicating it directly from the top.
Staff were told the business values 'radical candor' but staff are not being told about major changes like products being eliminated or merged even when it directly affects their job. We are supposed to be on the same team - act like it.
Leaders Motivate, inspire and lead. Managers manage.
What leadership team? No plan, no communication, no leadership.
Be human, care for the wellbeing of your employees. Change the culture from aggressive, fear-based management techniques to one of positive mentoring and motivation.
