What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly professional interviewer motivated to hire staff
The process, i was remotely interviewed but it was a good experience.
The managers doing the interview actually asked relevant questions related to the expected work.
They did me no favors bringing me into this mess.
I interviewed for one job and got pulled into another
They appeared to be be very nice but the 4 people I spoke with lied to my face to get me in the door.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There needs to be an additional option since a majority of people never interview and just purchased during buy outs.
Give interviewers a set guidelines on how to conduct interviews.
Internally very very slow with honourous candidate requirements.
