Chaotic, unfocused, somewhat callous in regards to employee experience. Even taking into account that it's a fast growing startup, sonder is a bit of a mess. CEO is smart and interesting but a little tone def when it comes to the people who work for him. I am an operations manager in a large city.

Most positive is the people on our local team, who are a pleasure to work with.

It was quick and easy for me but we were a lot smaller at that time
