What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is a strategic thinker that embodies the company values of hospitality. Though he is thinking about how to expand all over the world, he isn't too busy to help someone with their bags as he is stepping out of a Sonder building.

Everybody has a smile and are excited to be here. I appreciate that.

Culture is a top priority at the company. Sonder has even hired an executive life coach to help our communication between each other. This type of proactive focus on culture makes Sonder a great place to be.

Not a cookie cutter programming interview. Little more open ended that helped them to evaluate more facets of my personality.
