We are for having pets in the workplace.
We allow dogs at the office if they get along with both other dogs and people.

Pretty intense like most fast-scaling startups. But we have much more support and attention paid to healthy balance than other such places. It's fun and challenging but usually not too much.

It’s so easy when there is such highly turn over. Every 6 months there is new leadership.
What do you wish you knew before starting at Sonder?
They don’t care at all. I wish I knew that HR is a joke, undertrained, under experienced, and useless.

They were calling me to do Saturday interviews. Too Hungary for employees.
