Growth on the operations team is possible. As long as you show that you are talented in what you do, it's always possible to grow. It also happens that if growth isn't available on the specific team or in the specific city that you work in but you've reached a place where you're looking for the next challenge, then transferring departments or cities is also possible.

They were very fast. I met as many people as I wanted (other individuals like me in sales), the CEO, and my direct reports.
