We're generally treated well. As long as the work gets done we can basically come and go as we please

The fact that it's an open office. There are no separate offices, everyone is out on the floor together and talking to each other, bouncing ideas off of each other. Working together to make the day go by bearably and quickly

Sonder headquarters and city managers are out of touch with their hourly employees. It took over 6 months for my GM to learn my name. HQ and GMs need to be MUCH more communicative.
