Good pay even for a startup. Unlimited vacation and some cool travel perks.

People are so welcoming and friendly! The company invests in weekly catered happy hours and lunch roulette where employees are set up in cross-functional lunch groups and go out for a meal. Collaboration is fostered through these weekly events.

The people - how inspired and committed they are on the daily. I get to work with some of the most inspirational, innovative and compassionate minds of our time. They're also receptive to feedback and personal growth, humble and hungry - a rare combo from my experience.
