People help each other out and are understanding of bandwidth/resource constraints. There is a high bar and we motivate and inspire each other on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are so welcoming and friendly! The company invests in weekly catered happy hours and lunch roulette where employees are set up in cross-functional lunch groups and go out for a meal. Collaboration is fostered through these weekly events.
