A positive culture is the one that offers support at all levels, policies that encourage respect, empathy and trust. Most of all, the one that prioritizes the well-being of the employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A leadership team should have the characteristics of a good communication skills, approachable, an inspiration of good work, have the patience, active listener and understanding and I believe that the leadership team has all those characteristics.
