I came from a different industry and I'm surprised and happy that I can work in this new industry in the same role. I applaud the company for having diversity in the roles offered to the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that I get to work from home so I don't have to spend on transportation to and from the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because I work from home, the only interaction I have is via skype and/or calls with IT and HR. I like how the company fosters the culture of helping one another and continuous improvement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the final interview was with the client and my boss. This made sure that scope of the role was clearly explained, expectations were discussed and we were both able to assess if I could meet the job responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy that I'm able to fulfill the same role in Sourcefit as in my previous company even if it's from a different industry. I'm happy that the client is from a different country and appreciates the skill and experience that I bring to the role.
