The fact that I am not micromanaged. The fact that I love what I do and have all the support I need to do great work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that my compensation is not equal to what it should be, as other companies are paying much hire for the position that I am in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I work with are all great, smart and friendly. Most of my coworkers as well as my manager are extremely easy to talk to with an "open door" policy set in mind.
