It is sad, really sad. I am off with anxiety and depression and agoraphobia due to the work environment and I am not the only one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare package they offer is one of the best available
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Threats on a daily basis of termination, and not promoting team work. And promoting hostility by saying we are enemies
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People skill training. Have empathy with us, like they tell us to have with the customer. And quit telling us our coworkers are our enemies, due to commission stats.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company meeting usually means a PowerPoint presentation read word for word, I can read on my own. The presenter never can answer questions, because they do not know the answer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed when it was Suddenlink. Now all you have to do is be able to breathe and lie and you are in. I heard that the interviewers cannot turn anyone away.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Equipment doesn't work. Overseas Tech support. Field techs not showing up or if they do, they can't fix the issue, they are contractors that do not know our equipment, same for phone tech support.
